Banocha Smoothie

(Served in half-pint glasses)

½ pint chilled milk
Large scoop vanilla ice cream
1 teaspoon Fairtrade coffee mixed with a little water
1 Fairtrade banana

Liquidise and pour into glasses

Serve topped with grated Fairtrade plain chocolate
